  • Do you provide medical or nursing care?

    No. We are a non-medical companion and sitter/ home-care service. We assist with daily living, errands, socialisation and watchful support. For nursing services you should consult a licensed home health agency.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We are based in Crowley, Texas and serve the surrounding region. Please contact us to confirm your specific ZIP or neighbourhood.

  • What are your hours and availability?

    Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm. Weekend availability may be possible by arrangement — please inquire.

  • How is scheduling handled?

    We’ll work with you to determine the frequency, duration and type of visits your loved one needs, then coordinate with our caregiver team and send you a plan for approval.

  • Are caregivers background-checked and insured?

    Yes. All our caregivers undergo background screenings, reference checks and training. We are committed to safety, reliability and professionalism.
